4. Payment Terms

All prices for products listed on our website are in Euros (EUR), inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the accepted methods at checkout. Transactions are handled securely by third-party payment processors. Once payment is confirmed, we will issue an order confirmation and prepare the goods for dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where payment has not been completed successfully or where we suspect fraud.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed for dispatch by our warehouse.

Orders submitted before 4 pm (local warehouse time) are processed the same day.

6. Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped worldwide via DHL or other carriers depending on your location.

Packages usually arrive within 5–8 business days for urban locations and within 5–12 business days for other areas.

Shipping and handling are free of charge; standard shipping and handling are included in all prices listed on this website.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed after 10 am (local warehouse time) on a Friday are dispatched the following Monday.

All packages are insured and delivery is guaranteed.

If your package is lost in transit, stolen, damaged or fails to be delivered for any reason, we will arrange a free reshipment.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or date, as this does not depend on us alone. Please note that our products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers or suppliers we partner with.

Although many of our products ship directly from the manufacturers or suppliers we work with, your contract of sale is with COSMOS HIGH TECH LTD. Order handling, payment and statutory consumer rights remain our responsibility. Even so, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturing defects or delays caused by third-party manufacturers, suppliers, carriers or customs authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Reversals and Chargebacks

Where an ambiguous situation arises, we reserve the right to file a complaint with the appropriate local and national authorities for investigation.

All of your activity and IP-address information may be monitored. Such information may be used in civil and/or criminal proceedings against a customer where there is fraudulent use of the website and/or theft of products offered on it.

8. Return and Refund Policy
